Ecosystem End User License Agreement (EULA) Compliance Documentation
[ 01 // TERMS ACCEPTANCE ]
By downloading, installing, or using RentProof (“the Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Application.
[ 02 // APPLICATION INTENT & LIMITATIONS ]
RentProof is designed to assist users in documenting the physical condition of rental vehicles by generating local, timestamped, and cryptographically fingerprinted PDF report logs.
Legal Disclaimer: While RentProof generates forensic-grade reports using SHA-256 data signing and NIST atomic server synchronization, we make **no representation or warranty** that the reports will be accepted as conclusive proof by any specific rental vehicle provider, insurance firm, court of law, or arbitrator. The outcome of any rental damage dispute depends entirely on third-party evaluations.
[ 03 // DEVICE STORAGE & USER CUSTODY ]
The Application runs local-first. All photo captures, metadata, and generated PDFs reside inside your device storage. We have no backend access or custody over your evidence.
You are **solely responsible** for backing up your generated PDF files and ZIP bundles. We are not responsible for any data loss occurring due to device failure, application deletion, or OS upgrades.
[ 04 // INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ]
All software, layout algorithms, visual designs, and brand elements of RentProof are the exclusive property of Mika Pietrus and OMYY Media. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial vehicle inspection logging.
[ 05 // TERMINATION OF LICENSE ]
We reserve the right to terminate your license to use the Application at any time if we cease supporting RentProof or if you violate any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete it from your device.
[ 06 // GOVERNING LAW ]
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms will be settled in the competent courts of Helsinki, Finland.
